Health is important to our well being in life. Eating good, clean food and daily exercise is an excellent way to take care of the “temple” that God has entrusted to you. Even though, I frequently post on my heart’s ponderings on this blog, I will occasionally post a recipe or healthy tip for the day.
For 3 years, I have been maintaining a gluten free diet. This diet has not only cleared up my skin, it has helped my stomach and given me more energy! I will forever be an advocate of stripping wheat from your everyday diet.
Yoga has quickly become one of my favorite exercises. Not only does it give you a chance to unwind from a hectic work day – it allows you to breathe and focus on the stillness of life. After all, the Bible teaches us, “Be still and know that He is God.”
